Tulsa County Arrest Records
Tulsa County arrest records are created by local law enforcement to document someone's arrest, regardless of whether the arrestee is ultimately released or processed into the county jail.
Okla. Stat. tit. 51, § 24A.8 requires local sheriffs and municipal police departments to make these records available for public inspection. However, certain juvenile records, victim information, personal data, and investigative material may be redacted.
Record seekers may obtain the following information from a standard Tulsa County arrest record:
- The arrestee's name, date of birth, and address,
- The arrestee's race, sex, physical description, and occupation
- The cause of the arrest and the identity of the arresting officer
- The crimes the arrestee is being charged with
- Any outstanding arrest warrant information
- Booking data
- Custody or release information
